Red packets, often given as gifts during special occasions like Chinese New Year, weddings, and birthdays, have evolved in design over the years. Animal designs, in particular, have become a popular theme due to their cultural significance and appeal to younger generations.
Zodiac Animals: Chinese Zodiac animals frequently appear on red packet designs.
Symbolic Animals: Certain animals are believed to bring prosperity and are thus featured in red packet designs.
Brand-Inspired Animals: Brands also use animal designs to align with their identity or products.
These animal designs not only make the red packets visually appealing but also add a layer of cultural significance and fun interaction, making the act of giving and receiving red packets more enjoyable and memorable.
This is an ongoing post, designs will be updated when I get a new one, and well, archive it ;). Of course, if you would like to contribute, read here.

Shi Li Fang Hot Pot -2024
Shi Li Fang Hot Pot is a popular hot pot restaurant in Singapore. Apparently, each branch has a unique theme and decor, including various dolls.
It's cute and this one is a dragon design (which kind of look like a shiba inu dog 🤯). It's appealing to the young generation - cute design, lots of money, luck components which people like. Cute dog-dragon like mascot. While it is best used for the zodiac dragon year (2024), I can see this as everlasting and okay to use this for even other years.

RE&S - 2024
RE&S is a leading food and beverage group in Singapore, operating a diverse range of food concepts. They manage well-known brands such as Ichiban Boshi, Kuishin Bo, Pasta de Waraku, and Fruit Paradise.
Someone must have eaten here to get a free set of red packets. It is in a Japanese motif, given the restaurant chain is mainly on Japanese cuisine. I believe the Monkey is a mascot and greetings are very specific to lunar new year. Nothing exactly fancy, keeping as an archive :)
